Seaforth Builders is a registered business name of Anthony Thomas Kenny, a sole trader, ABN 80 183 430 301. Anthony holds QBCC licence 15489413 with active Builder–Low Rise builder and site-supervisor classes.
Our services
Seaforth Builders provides licensed low-rise residential building services across Labrador and the Gold Coast. Services include renovations, extensions, decks, pergolas, bathrooms, carports, carpentry, cladding and general residential building work. Each enquiry is assessed individually, and any project is subject to scope, site suitability and an agreed written contract.
Enquiries, quotes and pricing
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote or a fixed price. Any figure discussed in an early conversation is indicative only. Pricing is confirmed only in a written quote or contract from Seaforth Builders, after the scope of the work is understood.
